主要致力于生物医药大数据的分析和计算系统药物毒理学的理论基础和应用基础研究，主要包括：（1）系统计算药物毒理学：利用系统生物学和人工智能等技术，开展药物毒副作用，尤其是临床不良反应，的分子机制理论研究和智能预测；发现药物作用新靶点、新适应症和新药物组合。（2）生物医药大数据的挖掘：通过对多模态健康医疗大数据的挖掘和机器学习，开展复杂疾病的遗传分子基础研究，发现潜在药物靶点，开发复杂疾病诊断和干预的新方法和新技术。（3）系统生物学：开发多组学数据分析的新方法和新应用，系统探索精子成熟的分子机制与非编码RNA的生物学功能。
The Ji’s BADD group focuses the long-term research interests on three areas: (1) Systems Computational Drug Toxicity: utilize systems biology methodology and AI technology to assist in mechanistic exploration & large-scale prediction of clinical drug toxicity. (2) Biomedical Big Data: exploit multimodal data to unveil the genetic basis of complex diseases and whereby discover new therapeutic targets. (3) Systems Biology: develop new methods to integrate multi-omics data for systematic investigation of sperm maturation mechanism and functional understanding of non-coding RNAs.
