下丘脑是连接神经系统和内分泌系统的桥梁,具有食欲、血糖和体温等多个调节中枢,在维持机体内稳态中起关键作用。本课题组致力于研究下丘脑在机体能量代谢稳态以及衰老过程中的调控机制,重点关注神经系统炎症、神经内分泌因子和表观遗传在代谢综合征和神经退行性疾病中的功能。
The hypothalamus connects the neurological and endocrine systems, regulates appetite, glucose metabolism and body temperature, and plays a vital role in maintaining homeostasis. We focus on the mechanism of hypothalamic regulation of energy metabolism homeostasis and aging, especially the functions of neuroinflammation, neurosecretory and epigenetic factors in the development of metabolic syndrome and neurodegeneration.
