寄生虫发育的分子机制及寄生虫与宿主相互作用。
以泡球蚴作为实验模型，利用实验室建立的体外泡球蚴细胞及囊泡培养系统，研究寄生虫生发细胞（干细胞）自我更新和分化机理，分析寄生蠕虫的代谢过程，探讨寄生蠕虫发育机理及其代谢机制。
寄生虫与宿主在长期共进化过程中可利用宿主因子达到定居、生长、发育与繁殖的目的，通过分析宿主相关因子在寄生蠕虫生长发育过程中的作用及其机理，探讨宿主与寄生虫之间复杂的相互作用关系。
