Hippo信号通路是动物发育及再生过程中控制器官大小的核心通路,在固有免疫调控中也扮演着重要的角色。我们课题组利用遗传学,细胞学,生物化学以及分子生物学的手段在细胞与果蝇以及小鼠等动物模型中阐述Hippo信号通路在免疫与炎症反应中的调节功能与分子机制。
The Hippo signaling pathway represents a central mechanism governing organ size during animal development and regeneration, while also playing a crucial role in the regulation of innate immunity. By applying genetics, cell biology, biochemistry and molecular biology approaches, our research group investigates the modulatory functions and molecular mechanisms of the Hippo signaling pathway in immune and inflammatory responses across various cellular and animal models, including Drosophila and mice.
